Simplified operative nephroscopy.

چکیده
Intraoperative nephroscopy is a valuable and practical adjunct to renal surgery. A simplified methodology is described using familiar cystoscopic equipment and techniques. Its particular usefulness in the definition of small radiolucent defects of the renal collecting system is illustrated.
